Adds craftable Water Remover Arrows that drain connected water when they strike a water block.
About Water Remover
Water Remover adds a custom arrow recipe and detects only arrows created by that recipe. When one reaches water, the pack removes connected water outward through a bounded queue and plays a splash/extinguish effect.
